Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

To receive a full refund for in-person training a cancellation must be made with one full weeks notice (eg. for a Tuesday class the cancellation must be made the Tuesday prior). If a class cancellation is made within the week leading up to the class a refund will be offered if the spot is filled by another student.

Online courses, like Puppy 101, are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Please send an email if you have cancelled an order and would like a refund. If you’re eligible for a refund, it will be issued within a maximum of 72 hours, and should be processed and reflect in your account after a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale/Discounted items

Any refunded bookings will be refunded minus the amount of any discounts. Note that the discount provided for booking multiple classes is applied to that last class in the series of bookings (eg. when booking 4 Puppy Elements classes, the first 3 classes are charged at full price, and the full discount is applied to the fourth and final class).

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule please send an email. If space is available within the same series week you may be able to reschedule to that day.
