For dogs that might bark, lunge, or otherwise “overreact” on their walks (to triggers like other dogs or strangers)
Other Personal Training Topics
Other common topics we covered include: Coming When Called, “Resource Guarding”, Fear/Anxiety, Jumpy Greetings, Waiting at Doors, Counter Surfing, and more!
Topics We Don’t Cover
Any dog trainer claiming to be an expert in everything is being dishonest. Every trainer has topics that they specialize in and other topics they are less skilled in based on experience, continued education, and personal interest. We will refer you out if we feel a colleague has completed additional education and/or certifications that make them better suited for you. Behaviours we refer out include: Separation Anxiety, Dog-on-Dog Aggression (when not isolated to on leash reactivity), Dangerous Dogs (eg. bite history). and some dog sports.

All of our personal training clients first go through an intitial screening process. This ensures that we’re a good fit together. If Megan feels your needs may be better fulfilled by another trainer then you’ll be referred to one of our many trusted qualified colleagues.
